Have you ever wondered if the dog you get is the dog you’re meant to get? I believe dogs are guides to the parts of ourselves we struggle to find. And if we allow them to, the unique personality of the one that comes to you will reveal the part of yourself that you’ve gone looking for. Maybe that’s why they say dogs look like their owners – we’re drawn to what they reflect back at us.⠀

This is Everest, the faithful companion of one @roam4wild. And I’d hazard a guess that his journey would not be what it is without this dog guiding him to such extraordinary places.⠀
