After 3 days in water I was ready to get my proverbial painters feet back on dry land. And to pay a little homage to having reached the end of just one week of 52 more weeks of tiny paintings 😳, I’m holding this little guy in the palms of my Vayu Mudra hands. The Vayu Mudra is especially good for clearing air imbalances, much like long walks in cornfields under wispy cloud skies. Whether it’s mudras, walks in nature or that feeling in your gut – some of the most powerful balance systems we have come in the form of a whisper.
