I felt like a physical regression after what felt like full recovery was a personal failure at first.⁠

But setbacks don’t mean failure. They mean you’re in motion, penduluming back and forth until you find the balance of your new normal. It’s just the rate of your recovery. ⁠

This is my new mantra to self:⁠
