‘Moon-guided Notions’ – Day 198/365

ORIGINAL COPY POSTED ON INSTAGRAM DURING THE CHALLENGE

So here’s the other half of the concept I shared a part of two days ago under ‘My Honey’s Moon’.
.
This here is my moon – the moon as it was when I was born – a new moon.
.
Folks born under this moon are said to:
“want to leave an impression on people and make your mark on the world. When you love an idea, you’ll work hard for it, sometimes even dropping whatever it is you’re doing to go on to the next new great thing that’s captured your imagination. The more freedom you have to choose what you’re doing, the busier you’ll be.”
.
This is very true for my approach to life and that last line in particular too. I always thought I was the kind of person who didn’t really have agency to drive my own thing, but I was hella good at getting behind someone else’s initiative. It turns out, for me anyway, the missing part was discovering what it was that I truly wanted to be doing with my time here. And this tiny painting challenge is definitely not the whole picture but what it’s giving me day by day is the intentioned space to go deeper and deeper into polishing and refining that vision without necessarily rushing ahead from one idea to the next (as mentioned in the above moon narrative of ‘dropping what you’re doing”).
.
I encourage you to check out your moon sign and see what you can learn about the way you navigate life.
.
Here’s where the moons come together:
I’ve found that the elements of my moon and my partner’s moon have shown us how we can put our natural orientations together to be even more balanced in our approach to achieving our goals and visions. The trees I painted on each of our moons are trees that we feel represent how we like to grow 🙂
.
Get in touch to place a custom order of you and your partner’s moon signs painted to reflect the growth and light of your unique duo. (Maybe I’ll call this offering HoneyMoons😋)
.
Colouring, tree and framing can all be customised to reflect your one-of-a-kindness 🤗
.
I’m seeing ours side by side in a frame above our meditation space. (Swipe to see a concept pic, but I reckon we’ll def make the frame from different wood 😉).
