21 lovely drawings you can frame as a collection or create a deck of mindfulness cards

A powerful reflection of your days of isolation

Enrichment in the simplicity of daily life.

Perspective on habitual things in your life up until now and how you’d like to grow from here.

WHAT YOU NEED

1. 21 squares or rectangles of white paper/board. Use what you have. Even the back of unused cards work. I recommend keeping the sizes no bigger than 8x8cm.

2. A ballpoint pen. Plain black will do. (pencil if you prefer) Keep it simple.

3. A  space to draw for however long you wish to give it. If you have kids, get them involved. The prompts are simple and the kids can help you find an item or find their own.

CHECK IN DAILY FOR THE NEXT PROMPT.  LET’S BEGIN DRAWING INSIGHTS.

MiniNature

MiniNature is about capturing the details of life in tiny paintings. It's about remembering that nature is vast but vulnerable and that her wisdom and wellbeing lies in our hands. It's also about holding onto what matters and living with less stuff and more space to be wild.

MININATURE

MiniNature came about from a desire to capture big moments in nature that were getting lost in the digital image streams. It's about holding onto what really matters, living minimally and being able to create in a tiny studio from anywhere in the world, from one wild heart to another.
